4. Serial Control Section: Manages publications issued in series, including journals, magazines, and newspapers.
   
5. Reference Section: Provides quick access to specific information through resources that are available for in-library use only.
   
6. External Reading Room: Offers a quiet and comfortable space for reading and studying with personal resources.
   
7. Internal Reading Room: Offers a quiet and comfortable space for reading and studying using in-house resources.
